QUALITY CONTROL
Good Quality Management techniques are key to ensure that project deliverables and end results meet or exceed the customer's expectations. It is important to monitor the project continuously to prevent errors and misinterpretations. Our project staff provides thorough and detailed supervision of all employees, subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to material specifications, work practices and quality of workmanship.
COST CONTROL
Job Profitability Reports are generated on a daily basis to determine by cost code the status of the complete budget and all budget subcategories. Any variance can be immediately identified and, if necessary, corrective actions taken. We believe that thorough communication of the project goals and design details prior to beginning work is the best way to avoid change orders. We make every effort to ensure that no change orders will be required.
DOCUMENT CONTROL
Document control establishes a central point where all project related correspondence and documents are logged and tracked. The process helps to ensure that all project documents are processed as required, and in a timely manner A comprehensive Project Manual is developed specifically for each project, and all records of the work and all documents necessary for accurate control of the schedule and budget are in place here. .
SAFETY
We believe that efficiency, productivity and safety are important parts of the construction expertise we provide for our clients. We have implemented a Safety Program and Hazard Communication Program that is aimed at exceeded the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act to assure every individual a safe and healthful workplace. We require all subcontractors to sign and acknowledge their receipt of an agreement to comply with the Safety Rules for Subcontractor Form for the project; then we enforce them. We believe that safety is no accident, and our record proves it.
PROJECT MEETINGS
Weekly Project Meetings are conducted at the project site with any subcontractors providing services, to review their progress in terms of schedule compliance, quality of materials, quality of workmanship, understanding of tasks, and relationship to other subcontractors. Meetings with the owner's representatives are scheduled at regular intervals for purposes of reviewing the quality of work in place, discussion of problems encountered, review of budget and schedule performance, and resolution of any issues relating to project performance or quality.
POST-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
When we say we provide end-to-end services, we mean it. We give our clients the peace of mind in knowing that we address all project details before we consider a job complete. Project Records are produced which including all building permits, inspection reports, material testing reports, system testing results, operation and maintenance manuals, warrantees, Use and Occupancy documents, project photo's and marked-up drawings to serve as a record of as-built conditions. Proper documentation will provide a network of continual service to meet your future maintenance and repair needs.
